BOOKING INFORMATION

Once the deposit or money transference has been made, the client must inform the establishment immediately, sending detailed information of the transaction. Reception Works from 9 to 23hrs, which means transactions made outsider this Schedule are subject to confirmation.

A confirmation mail will be sent to the future guest explaining commercial policies, payment methods, a map of how to get to the establishment and an offer of a taxi service, to be paid by guest.

If for any reason the B&B can not receive a guest with a confirmed reservation, the guest will be transferred to a partner hotel or B&B of the same category and in a room with the same requirements as in their reservation.

CANCELATION POLICIES

The following percentage from the total stay will be returned to the passengers who cancel within these time periods.

50% Cancelations made 30 or more days in advance
20% Cancelations made 15 to 29 days in advance
0% Cancelations made 14 or less days in advance

A NO SHOW will be charged with 100% fee for the first night booked

LATE CHEcK OUT

Check-out time is at 11:00. If the guest or their luggage remains inside the room after Check out time they'll be charged according to the following chart.

• After 11:00 and until 14:00 Additional charge: 25% of their daily rate
• After 14:00 and until 16:00 Additional charge: 50% of their daily rate
• From 16:00 on Additional charge: 100% of their daily rate
