RESERVATIONS

To make a reservation, passengers may request information about rates and availability through Internet, mail or by telephone. This request will be answered as soon as possible and only after the availability is confirmed the reservation is settled through one of the following payment methods. A 50% deposit or money transference of the amount of the total stay, if this one is longer than 2 days, and a 100% deposit or money transference if the stay is only 1 night. The passenger may also confirm his reservation lending us his credit card information without any charge whatsoever on their credit card.

Once the deposit or money transference has been made, the client must inform the establishment immediately, sending detailed information of the transaction. Reception Works from 9 to 23hrs, which means transactions made outsider this Schedule are subject to confirmation.

A confirmation mail will be sent to the future guest explaining commercial policies, payment methods, a map of how to get to the establishment and an offer of a taxi service, to be paid by guest.

If for any reason the B&B can not receive a guest with a confirmed reservation, the guest will be transferred to a partner hotel or B&B of the same category and in a room with the same requirements as in their reservation.
